Sourced from the volcanic heart of Popayán, this distinguished El Bombón single-origin delivers a classic Colombian 🇨🇴 profile elevated by clear, bright fruit notes. Roasted locally in small batches by Ipswich Coffee Roasters to enhance its natural complexity.

This lot is a collection of high-quality beans grown in the rich volcanic soil near the Puracé volcano in Popayán, Cauca. The region's undulating plateau, high rainfall, and exceptional altitude (1700–2100 MASL) create a microclimate ideal for producing superior, flavour-dense coffee.
The beans feature the high-quality Castillo, Caturra, and Typica varietals and are meticulously Washed processed. This results in a flawlessly clean cup that perfectly balances the deep sweetness of toffee and honey with a bright, crisp acidity.
