About us
Ipswich Coffee Roasters was founded by Jolie Beckett in 2025. It was born out of the desire to bring small batch and locally roasted specialty coffee to Ipswich. Jolie has worked in specialty coffee since 2008, as a barista, coffee roaster and cafe owner.
After owning and operating several cafes around Ipswich since 2016, Jolie decided that 2025 was the year to launch Ipswich Coffee Roasters – a brand that is proud of its origins and focused on creating local communities.
